Information We Collect

We collect account information (name, email), provider profile information you publish, and inquiries you send through the platform.

How We Use It

To operate the directory, connect families with providers, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.

Payment & Billing Data

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe receives the billing details required to process your subscription and is bound by its own privacy policy. We retain billing records (amount, date, plan) as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Security

Data is stored encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel.

Uploaded Reports and AI Summaries

Providers may upload assessment reports to generate AI summaries. After a summary is successfully generated, the original uploaded file is automatically deleted from our private storage. Generated summaries, editable summaries, extracted report text, and basic record details remain saved in the provider's account until the provider deletes the report. Providers may permanently delete saved reports at any time. IEE Finder may retain a limited deletion audit log — containing information such as the deletion date, record identifier, and deletion action — for security, compliance, fraud prevention, and system integrity purposes. Family Waitlist

If you join the family waitlist, we collect your email address so we can tell you when the directory opens to families. We also use it to limit repeated submissions. We do not ask for information about your child. You can ask us to remove your email at any time by writing to hello@ieefinder.com.

Your Rights

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard's Subscription tab, or request a copy of your data by emailing privacy@ieefinder.com. For general questions, contact hello@ieefinder.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by posting an updated version on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
