Use of the Service

IEE Finder is a directory. We do not provide medical, legal, educational, or psychological services and are not a party to any agreement between providers and families.

Incorporated Policies

These Terms of Service incorporate the following policies and agreements by reference, each of which forms part of your agreement with IEE Finder:

If any policy referenced above conflicts with these Terms with respect to its subject matter, the more specific policy controls for that subject. Otherwise, these Terms govern.

Provider Listings

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, credentials, and license details. We may remove listings that violate our policies.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard's Subscription tab; paid features remain available through the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.

Account Closure & Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard's Subscription tab. Deletion immediately cancels any active subscriptions, removes your profile and content from the directory, and permanently deletes or anonymizes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Certain records required for legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or operational purposes may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy. Accounts that never verify their email address are automatically deleted after 30 days.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any decisions made based on listings.

Changes to These Terms

We may update this terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by posting an updated version on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
